About Jamie

Jamie Ploog has been a mother for 16 years, an educator for 15 years as a 4th-grade Math teacher, and for the past 20 years a woman facing an ever-spinning world of guilt, comparison, and expectation. After pulling herself out of that black hole we all know so well, Jamie created Embracing Chaos and Loving Every Minute, a company that helps women find their voice and their belonging after losing it in the rush of parenting and working. Experiencing anxiety and a realization she was living for others, Jamie worked hard to bounce back and now helps other women struggling with the same fear of “I’m not enough.” 

My goal is to help you re-imagine your life.  With experience in Life Coaching and history of client success, my individualized positivity approach will help you attain your goals. 

As a professionally trained educator and experienced and certified life coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. 

My ten week class has been taken by many and the results have been a more peaceful life. 

I have completed courses like Create the Spark, Finding Your Chosen Path and Level-up Becoming. As well getting certified by Life Coach Training Institute as a Life Coach.
